The Leadership Academy Fellowship is an 11-month training and experiential learning program for emerging social justice leaders seeking to gain hands-on public policy experience and to invest in their professional growth. Our leadership development model is centered around integrating Fellows into one of Greenlining’s policy teams to develop, plan, and implement the organization’s policy and advocacy efforts while they work with the Leadership Academy to focus on developing the skills to manage a personal ecology

By accepting the offer to join the Leadership Academy, participants become lifetime members of the Greenlining network (over 1,000 members strong) with access to boundless opportunities.
Fellowship positions are non-exempt. Each Fellow is paid a salary of $60,000 per calendar year. We offer excellent benefits including generous paid time off and 100% coverage for health, vision, and dental insurance.
