University of Reading through the African Real Estate Society (AfRES) is offering one full fee waiver to an African student for one of the  Real Estate & Planning postgraduate programmes 2022/2023

Students must have an offer to study one of the Real Estate & Planning postgraduate programmes at the University of Reading before applying for a scholarship.

Aim and Benefits of African Real Estate Society (AfRES) Scholarships

• £125,000 scholarship fund available

Requirements for African Real Estate Society (AfRES) Scholarships Qualification

Available to African applicants only. Awards will be made on the basis of a combination of academic excellence and financial need.

Interview date, Process and Venue for African Real Estate Society (AfRES) Scholarships

• All Africa domiciled offer holders who have applied for the MSc Real Estate or MSc Real Estate Finance who have not previously studied outside their home country.
• Shortlisting and selection are based on academic merit and the candidates' responses to the questions in the application form.
• If offered a scholarship it must be accepted within 4 weeks of the scholarship offer date. After this deadline, scholarship offers may be withdrawn and reallocated.

Application is via the University of Reading applicant portal once an offer has been made. You can only apply when you have received an offer (conditional or unconditional). When you view your offer in the portal you will see the link to apply for scholarship(s) relevant to your offer. You cannot apply via this website.
