Requirements for Laval University Canadian National (CN) Graduate Scholarship Qualification

• Be registered full-time*  (or deemed full-time according to Financial Assistance for Studies ) at Laval University for the fall 2023 and winter 2024 sessions in a master's or doctoral program whose subject research is linked to the field of transport, environment or civil engineering ;
• Have Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status in Quebec;
• Have obtained an average of 3.33 and above at the bachelor's degree (for master's students), or 3.67 and above at the master's degree (for doctoral students).

 

* Part-time student (6 to 11 credits): If you are recognized as a student parent under the terms of the Policy relating to student parents of Laval University , you could be considered eligible for this competition. To this end, it is your responsibility to provide us with the certificate issued by the Registrar's Office by uploading it to the appropriate section of the form. Note that a delay of 7 working days is expected to obtain this document.

Please note that when submitting your application, you will need to identify your research director so that she/he can complete an online evaluation form. You are responsible for ensuring that this person has the necessary time to complete the assessment form by November 6, 2023 .

To the appropriate section of the electronic form, you will need to attach a summary of your research project (maximum 300 words) as well as an up-to-date curriculum vitae, including your research-related achievements.
