The CivicAction Leadership Foundation is the charitable arm of CivicAction – a premier civic engagement organization with a history of bold action and impactful change. Founded in 2017, the CivicAction Leadership Foundation is dedicated to building the collective leadership capacity of our region by preparing and empowering those who will lead it.

Our Foundation provides free, high-impact leadership programs that open doors, minds, and opportunities for thousands of diverse rising leaders in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA). These world-class programs inspire and educate the leaders of tomorrow and build inclusive leadership.
