This scholarship is made possible through a bequest from the late Diane Lemaire, who was the first woman to graduate with an engineering degree from the University of Melbourne in 1942. It's available to female PhD students in the Faculty of Engineering & IT to fund a project or proposal that will enhance the applicant's PhD and research outcomes.
