University of Bristol invites applicantions for the Global Accounting and Finance postgraduate scholarship in Uk. Funding towards tuition fees for international postgraduates studying accounting and finance.
Before the University of Bristol, there was University College, Bristol University College, Bristol existed from 1876 to 1909 and was the precursor to the University of Bristol. Its history can be traced back to the efforts of John Percival, headmaster of Clifton College, to press for the establishment of such an institution. In 1872, Percival wrote to the Oxford colleges observing that the provinces lacked a university culture. Four scholarships of £13,000 and eight scholarships of £6,500 per year are available. These awards must be used towards the cost of tuition fees for a one-year Accounting and Finance related master's programme in the Business School.
