Requirements for PhD Scholarship Qualification

• Applicants from all nationalities are eligible.
• Applicants must be a full-time doctoral student.
• Applicants must have completed at least 24 months (2 years) in their doctoral program by December 31, 2020, and have completed no more than 6 years.
• Applicants must be actively engaged in thesis research at the time of the award offering.
• Applicants must demonstrate excellent academic merit.
