Umeå University 2023 Erling-Persson Scholarship for International Students in Public Health is open. We provides scholarships each year, in conjunction with the Autumn semester admission, to academically talented and high-achieving students in public health. This scholarship is sponsored by a donation from the Erling-Persson Family Foundation.
8 new students will be offered this scholarship every year. Selected candidates receive full tuition waivers as well as an allowance of SEK 3000 per month.

If you are currently studying at Umeå University, and will continue your studies the upcoming academic year, you are also welcome to apply.
The selections are based entirely on the applicant's academic merit. A committee appointed by the Vice-Chancellor is tasked with selecting candidates for scholarships.
Preliminary scholarship application period for 2023/24:
16 January – Application deadline for studies autumn semester 2023
18 January – Scholarship application period opens
15 February – Scholarship application deadline
30 March – Selection results, Master’s programmes
31 March - 6 April – Scholarship results are published

When the application form opens, eligible students will receive an e-mail with application instructions. Only applicants with a Umeå University programme in public health as priority 1 are eligible to apply for a scholarship University Admissions Website.
