The Antonio Carluccio Foundation are providing scholarships for undergraduate students undertaking their Professional Training Year (PTY) in a placement either in a restaurant or within the food and beverage side of the hospitality industry during 2024/2025.
The University of Surrey was established on 9 September 1966 with the grant of its Royal Charter, but its roots go back to a late 19th-century concern to provide greater access to further and higher education for the poorer inhabitants of London. Preference will then be given to students, who are currently enrolled as an undergraduate student in the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management.
