The Youth 4 Policy (Y4P) Innovation Fellowship is designed to nurture young and emerging policymakers keen on transforming Uganda’s startup ecosystem. We’re seeking highly passionate and qualified individuals to conduct in-depth research and produce valuable, high- quality policy papers that will scale and support the emergence of Uganda’s nascent startup sector.

Graduation Criteria
To graduate, fellows must;
Attend atleast 80% of the module days
Participate in at least 8 out of 12 mentorship sessions
Submit a final policy paper approved by KAS
Program Structure
Duration: 5 Months
Modules and Workshops: Structured training and interactive sessions
Mentorship: Bi-weekly check-ins with experienced mentors
Deliverables: Research and submission of a high-quality policy paper
