Scholarship recipients must maintain full-time enrollment each semester and be able to demonstrate lawful presence in the US. Incoming students who have earned less than 24 credit hours of college credit are only eligible for freshmen awards, while those who have earned 24 or more credit hours are only eligible for transfer awards.

Requirements for Southeast Missouri State University Masters Scholarship Qualification

• Students are ineligible if awarded a scholarship intended to cover tuition & fees from any outside or institutional sources
• Students are ineligible for all international scholarships if they become a Missouri Resident for fee-paying purposes or receive the Nonresident Alumni Award.
• Graduate awards apply only to a first master's degree.
• Applicants need to have a Southeast cumulative 3.0 GPA (may include Southeast summer hours).
• There is no deadline for the scholarship.
