Our Graduate Programme is a rigorous development framework of specific competences, business-critical capabilities, and critical experiences that will enable you to become a competitive professional by the end of your 3-year programme.
Right from the start, you will be given a challenging hands-on role, working in a diverse, global environment. You will be supervised and mentored with frequent reviews as part of a structured development programme. You will also be learning alongside brilliant people from all over the world, with the resources and support to explore new ways of thinking and working – all in all, an unbeatable experience.
We are looking for a Project Manager Officer (PMO from now on) that together with the Integration manager will monitor and drive the execution of all the implementation activities in the different areas, liaising with all different project workstream leaders (supply chain, IT, HR, finance, procurement, business)
The PMO will create from zero a performance dashboard, engage monthly with all workstream leaders and collect inputs. The PMO will define the right set of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to be monitored and will highlights achievements and deviations. The PMO will also recommend corrective actions and will feedback to the Integration Manager all proposals
The PMO will lead the “Decision Review Board” monthly review meeting and will engage with senior Shell stakeholders like VPs and GMs
The PMO role has a global exposure, and will have also the possibility to visit customers in Italy to support local integration

To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Program, you should be in your final year of study or have less than three years of relevant work experience.
