In collaboration with the Australian Government, Notre Dame University is offering a number of Destination Australia Program Scholarships. The program is open to domestic and international students to study in regional WA.
Scholarships are available for a range of programs delivered on our Broome campus, including Vocational Education and Training (VET) programs in Education and Nursing, and Bachelor of Nursing (EN Articulation Pathway), and Higher Degrees by Research (Masters and PhD).

The purpose of the Scholarship is to offer domestic and international students the opportunity to experience studying and living in regional Western Australia (including in the Kimberley and Pilbara regions in Northern Western Australia), and in turn increase their awareness of the benefits of living, studying and working in regional Australia.
The value of the Scholarship is $15,000 per year, per student, paid at $7,500 per half-year period for the scheduled duration of the eligible program.
To be eligible for the Scholarship, applicants must:
The Scholarship Selection Committee will comprise of staff from the University.
The Scholarship is awarded to the applicant who, in the opinion of the Selection Committee, best demonstrates through their application and supporting documentation that they meet the eligibility requirements in section 4. Domestic scholarships will be prioritised for students from underrepresented groups, such as:
a) First Nations people
b) From a background of financial and educational disadvantage
c) First in family to tertiary study
d) Students living with a disability
APPLICATION AND SELECTION PROCESS
a) Applications must be made via the University website.
b) Selections will be made based on assessment of the application and any supporting documentation required by sections 4 and 6 above.
c) All applicants will be notified of an outcome via email.
d) The University reserves the right not to award the scholarship
