Do you have a great story idea aimed at promoting accountability, transparency, anti-corruption, and human rights? The Media Foundation for West Africa (MFWA) is pleased to announce an open call for journalists to a residential story development bootcamp
The bootcamp will provide a platform for participating journalists to brainstorm on their story ideas, and discuss more effective approaches to pursuing those stories. The bootcamp will also be an opportunity for peer learning, experience sharing, and mentorship.
A significant part of the bootcamp will focus on how participants can use the RTI law to access information to advance their story development.
The residential bootcamp will comprise interactive presentations from seasoned media professionals, group works, and practical story development sessions.
At the end of the workshop, participants would have shaped their stories and developed the plans for pursuing them to the end.
