Our organization draws inspiration from Margaret McNamara, and her vision of education and gender equality. Margaret used her influence as wife of Robert McNamara, the World Bank's fifth President, to advocate for the recognition and inclusion of these critical elements of development programs. Before her death, she was awarded the highest civilian distinction in the United States, the Medal of Honor, in recognition of her important contributions. Aim and Benefits of MMEG Photographic Competition – Women Build a Better World
- Prize Money in each category:
- 1st prize – $500
- 2nd prize – $300
- 3rd prize – $100
- Three Diplomas for Honorable Mention.
Requirements for MMEG Photographic Competition – Women Build a Better World Qualification
- Free to enter
- Open to all
- Use any camera or mobile phone
- International Judges – click here to know them
- Two Categories:
- Single Image
- Series of 3-5 images
- Theme of the competition: Women Build a Better World. All photos are welcome for judging but some preference will be given to photos representing women in countries eligible to receive MMEG grants.
