The Islamic University was established by Royal Decree No. 11, dated 1381/03/25AH - 1962/9/6CE, and the study began there on Sunday 1381/5/2 AH. Services provided to the scholarship applicant:
To be accepted into the university, the student must have the equivalent of a high school diploma in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in order to be able to enroll in the bachelor’s degree.

The Arabic language level determination test (Aqfaa) aims to know the linguistic level of the student enrolled in the study, in order to know the appropriate path of study for him: either the path of learning the language, or the path of studying directly in the college he desires.
- All students wishing to join the university from non-Arab countries must take the Arabic language level test, whether they applied for the scientific track or the theoretical track; Any student who does not take the test from non-Arab countries will not be nominated.
The test will be conducted remotely, via the link designated for that purpose, and according to the date and mechanism announced at the time.
To be accepted directly into the theoretical track, it is required to obtain a score of (80) or higher on the (Aqfaa) test. If he obtains a lower score, he is transferred to the language study track, and then after completing it, he is accepted into the college.
- It is not required for admission to the scientific track to obtain a specific score in the “Aqfa” test, but he must take the test, and if his level needs to improve in learning the Arabic language, he can enroll in additional programs that he can enroll in while studying at the college, and he can also enroll in studying the language for a period of time. One year maximum.
Passing the Arabic language test does not result in anyone being excluded or accepted. It only aims to determine the appropriate path for the student in enrolling in the major or linguistic path.
- After the student actually enrolls in the study, his level in the Arabic language will be evaluated, and if it is found that he has cheated in the language test, either by deliberately choosing wrong answers, or by having someone else take his place, or by using translation programs or by using browser translation, he will be excluded and his admission will be canceled immediately.
