The Heineken Global Graduate Program is a three-year path which consists of three rotations, each lasting six months, and will take place within your chosen area. After the rotations, you’ll have the opportunity to spend the next 18-months working in a role within your home operating company.

Requirements for Heineken Global Graduate Program Qualification
- Ambitious Individuals: Passionate about building a meaningful career in one of our key functions.
- Open and Adventurous: Ready to embrace new challenges and explore diverse experiences.
- Leadership Potential: Prepared to take initiative, lead projects, and drive change
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree
- Work Experience: No specific previous work experience is required! But we are looking specifically for new graduates. That’s a maximum of 1-year post-graduation.
- Languages: English language is essential, in addition to your local language requirements.
- Work Rights: The right to work in the country of your program is essential.
- Travel Flexibility: Global exploration can’t happen from home! We require all Explorers to be fully globally mobile.
Interview date, Process and Venue for Heineken Global Graduate Program
- Application Submission:
- Upload your CV and cover letter through our application portal. Application period is from Feb 26th to April 30th
- Online Assessments:
- Take the online assessments. They will be based on situational behaviour scenarios, so no need to prepare anything in advance. A cognitive test is also part of the online assessment
- Interviews:
- Upon completing the online assessments, we will be in touch to let you know if your application has been successful. You will then be invited for two interviews. We’re aiming to hold these around March & April
- Assessment Centre:
- Then it’s time for the in-person assessment centre, where you will participate in various activities and evaluations. We’re planning this for May & June
