We are seeking an outstanding candidate for PhD scholarships for an ARC Discovery Project entitled: Understanding vicarious trauma in Australian foster care. This exciting project is a collaboration between researchers at Flinders University, The University of Adelaide, and the University of South Australia.
The project has one funded PhD scholarship. This will be based at Flinders University (Principal supervisor Dr Ben Lohmeyer). Associate supervision will be provided by Prof Damien Riggs.
Flinders University is a public university in Adelaide, South Australia. Founded in 1966, it was named in honour of navigator Matthew Flinders, who explored and surveyed the South Australian coastline in the early 19th century. The Project lead may invite you to apply and request a copy of your CV together with a covering letter outlining your relevant qualifications, experience, research experience and reasons for applying for the scholarship.
Outcomes will be released by 14th July 2023.
The successful candidate will ideally begin as soon as the are awarded the scholarship and PhD position, subject to negotiation (and not later than September 29, 2023)
