The Indigenous Education Placement Scholarship has been established to recognise the deep appreciation of the knowledge, capacity and potential leadership that indigenous people can bring to country. The scholarship aims to assist Indigenous preservice teachers on remote placements.
This scholarship aims to reduce the financial burden of placements and enable students to develop their skills while contributing to a regional or remote community.
Flinders University is a public university in Adelaide, South Australia. Founded in 1966, it was named in honour of navigator Matthew Flinders, who explored and surveyed the South Australian coastline in the early 19th century. The stipend opportunity is:
Applicant must have admission or be able to obtain admission to a Doctor of Philosophy and have a research proposal in the area of medical research.
Applications will be assessed by a small group of experienced researchers on behalf of the CSPF.
Successful applicants will be notified early December 2022.
