As a lasting legacy of Anthea Jane Wilson’s passion for nursing and particularly emergency nursing, Anthea’s parents have established a scholarship in her name at the School of Nursing and Midwifery, Deakin University. The Anthea Jane Wilson Scholarship is to be awarded to a postgraduate nursing student who is facing financial hardship.

This scholarship offers tuition fee contribution payments for the normal full-time duration of the course, and may also provide a cash payment.
The minimum total scholarship value is $12,000 with the exact value to be confirmed at the time of offer.

You'll find out if you were successful usually within six weeks of the application closing date. If you have not received an offer by this time, you have been unsuccessful. You can view the status of your application via your scholarship application portal account.
Applications for Semester 1 2024 open 15 September 2023.
Applications for Semester 1 2024 close 14 February 2024 at 5pm.
As part of the application process, you will also be required to upload current supporting documentation.
When you apply for this scholarship, you'll need to supply evidence of your financial hardship (if applicable).
