Each year, the Board of Admissions of the Boston University awards the Presidential Scholarship to deserving first-year undergraduate students who demonstrate outstanding academic achievement. Presidential Scholars exhibit sterling performances beyond the classroom and are leaders in their schools and communities.
Boston University is a private research university in Boston, Massachusetts. The university is nonsectarian, but maintains its historical affiliation with the United Methodist Church. Founded in 1839 by Methodists, its original campus was in Newbury, Vermont before moving to Boston in 1867

This $25,000 tuition scholarship is renewable for up to four years of undergraduate study at BU.
Applicants are to note that no additional essays or application forms are required. They are to apply for admission into a full time undergraduate program at the university. Students who wish to be considered for the Presidential Scholarship should submit their application and supporting documents before the application deadline.
