The Ardmore Fund was established by students from the Auckland University College School of Engineering at Ardmore Class of 1957-59 after their successful reunion in April 2000.
The Scholarship is awarded to students of high academic achievement who exemplify the camaraderie, school spirit and values representative of “The Ardmore Years”. Special consideration is given to students experiencing financial hardship.
Founded in 1883, Auckland is the country’s largest university with over 40,000 students, nearly 10,000 of whom graduate annually.

Outcomes are determined by a selection committee and are usually notified around eight weeks after the closing date.
