AFCEA Hawaii is committed to support Hawaii based students, teachers, and professionals in their pursuit of continued education in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), Cyber, and Electronics by providing scholarships, grants and awards. The AFCEA Hawaii Chapter works with the community at large -- private, public and academia -- to increase the investment in education in Hawaii.
Oracle seeks to recognize one outstanding student who shows potential to excel in college STEM studies by awarding a one-time, $1,500 scholarship to a deserving active-duty military college student pursuing a STEM degree. This $1,500 scholarship will be applied towards the students ongoing higher-level academic education at an accredited Community College or four-year college or university.
We are a local chapter of AFCEA International. Our ~650 local membership is a non-profit organization that has helped members advance information technology, communications and electronics capabilities.
