University of Surrey Savoy Educational Trust Scholarship is open to UK students who intend to pursue a career in the UK hospitality industry.
This scholarship is made available through the generous support of the Savoy Educational Trust. The Savoy Educational Trust is an independent, grant giving charitable trust, whose main aim is to advance and develop education, training and qualifications within the hospitality industry.
The University of Surrey was established on 9 September 1966 with the grant of its Royal Charter, but its roots go back to a late 19th-century concern to provide greater access to further and higher education for the poorer inhabitants of London. Since the University's founding in the 1960s, and before that at Battersea College, our community has thrived through strong connections and collaboration with the outside world. The Savoy Educational Trust Scholarship provides a full fee waiver of £10,900 for four UK students studying the MSc in Strategic Hotel Management from September 2024 at the University of Surrey.
